    I have always made butter crusts, and I agree they’re a bit hard to work with. I am excited to try your Mom’s oil crust, but I am wondering if I can blind bake single crust for things like custard, pecan, or lemon meringue? I have blind baked in the past and have had good luck with it. I hate a soggy bottom.
