  1. Hi Maureen,

    I am going to make your kabobs with beef instead of lamb so should I buy a 2lb chuck roast and cut it into cubes?
    Also, for the Kafta burgers- should I use 80% ground beef if I don’t want to use lamb?

  2. impressive and beautifully arranged and photographed… I like to read the stories you write which accompany your delicious recipes… Best of times to summer 2017 ending… My plan is to make your blueberry cobbler, at least one, if not many more times this weekend!
