    1. Julia, thank you–we didn’t do a signing in L.A.! But I was delighted to be on Evan Kleinman’s Good Food L.A. radio program (listen here).

  1. I would love to get a personalized copy for a friend who is also Lebanese. Is this possible? There aren’t any book signings in MA. Thank you!

  2. Hello, Maureen!

I got your book (Kindle version) the day it was released by amazon, and really love it!

would you allow me to publish one recipe from it in my blog? It is your White Asparagus with Pistachios (although I used blood orange olive oil instead of pistachio oil to accommodate what I had in my pantry…)

if you want to visit my blog before giving me permission, here is the link

    thank you!

  3. Maureen, I received my copy today and spent an hour or so just leafing through it. The introduction alone is worth the price. The recipes, the stories, and anecdotes bring back memories for me of growing up in a Lebanese household and also imparting the same warmth and culture to my own kids. I will be buying a copy for each of them. Also, nice to see a shout-out in the book to your cousin Jim. If you have an event in Phoenix or San Diego I will try to attend.

  4. Hi Love!!! I can’t wait to get my copy!!!!!! There will be at least one of your books in Seoul, South Korea!!!! Mine!!!! XOXOXOXO You are a ROCKSTAR!!!!! Good luck with all of your fun and exciting events!!!! Wish I could join you!

  5. Oh Maureen!! I’m thrilled for you! And so excited to share your beautiful stories of food and family with your Naples fans. Congratulations!!!

  6. It’s good to hear your voice. Kind of the opposite of listening to the radio where you hear the voice and imagine what the person must look like. We’ve seen your pictures but now we can put a voice with it. Wish I could get to one of your signings. I bought books for everyone in the family. A way of passing down the heritage.

  7. Hi, just wanted to say that I would love to see you in Santa Rosa, but $100 per person is out of my budget. I will try to catch you in the City on the 2nd. Congratulations on your book; you must be so proud!

    1. Jan, yes, they’re doing a high-end dinner that includes the book in the ticket–I will love seeing you on the 2nd if you can make it!

  8. Wish you were coming to the Balt/Wash DC/VA area. 🙁

    1. Me too Angela, thank you–I would be more than happy and honored to send you a signed bookplate for your book though. Email me your address here.

  9. hmmm – what, you’re not coming to the Washington, D.C. area? Please come – lots of folks would love your cookbook here. Plus, I pre-ordered through Amazon, so I think that entitles me to make you come visit me! 🙂 🙂 🙂

    Good luck in your endeavors!

    1. Gosh, I’d love to Laura–if it doesn’t happen I’d be glad to send you a signed bookplate for your book if you’d like! Just send me your address here.

  10. Any chance you’ll be coming to South Texas in the near future? My mother ordered three of your cookbooks – one for herself, my sister, and me. We all enjoy your blog and would be thrilled to meet you in person!

    1. Oh Louise, I’d have loved to see all of you in South Texas! Please thank your mother for me for sharing the book with her daughters. I’m touched!
